All FOR-FREIGHT partners gathered in Thessaloniki, Greece, on 14–15 October 2025 for the project’s 6th General Assembly Meeting, hosted by the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH) at the Electra Palace Hotel.

During the first day, Use Case Leaders presented the three project use cases, showcasing the real-life trials, their process flow diagrams, and how the SOLVERS processes were applied and tested. Each presentation also included an impact assessment, best practices, lessons learned, and the key innovations addressed within each use case.

The second day focused on Work Package progress, where WP leaders highlighted advancements across all technical and horizontal activities. The meeting concluded with a joint discussion on the preparation of the project’s final event, which will take place during the ALICE Logistics Innovation Summit on 23–24 October 2025.

To strengthen collaboration beyond the meeting room, partners also enjoyed a social dinner on the 14th, fostering stronger connections among the consortium members.

The Thessaloniki meeting marked another successful milestone for FOR-FREIGHT, reflecting the project’s steady progress and teamwork as it moves toward the final phase and submission.
