On the 3rd of May 2023, BEIA disseminated FOR-FREIGHT at the 4th European Conference on Connected and Automated Driving (EUCAD), in Brussels, Belgium. The European Commission, together with the European Partnership on Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility (CCAM) and the FAME project, were the organisers of the EUCAD2023. 

The main aim of the event was to to leverage the digitalisation of transport with climate-neutral objectives to make transport smarter, safer, and more sustainable. Innovative solutions like Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility are helping to achieve these green and digital priorities, offering affordable, user-oriented, and inclusive shared mobility concepts for passengers and for goods. EUCAD2023 gathered political leaders from the European Commission and Member States with European and international high-level representatives of industry,  academia and road authorities to discuss if our societies are ready for the deployment of smart, inclusive and sustainable mobility solutions.

FOR-FREIGHT is ready to show the world that the project consortium is ready to deploy such solutions, and this is the reason BEIA participated in the event, presenting the FOR-FREIGHT project, scope, objective, consortium, Use Cases, and solutions.
